This PR fixes Issue 3 mentioned in qutip/qutip-jax#47 on measuring observables with
jaxandjaxdiaoperators viaqutip.measurement.measurement_statistics_observable, by resolving the deprecation of indexing with lists in JAX.Related issues or PRs
