- Removes scrolling behavior on wheel from code blocks and suggestions from assistant
- Add "Open in editor" action to all overflown LiteEditor instances
- Prevents unnecessary rerenders in assistant response markdown preview
- Fixes a bug about context badge clicks - do not try to highlight the context query if it's already removed/modified
