Caused by block reads chopping multibyte utf-8 sequences in half.
…lume_size (qubole#274) * SDK-352 : Add storage config params - block_volume_count and block_volume_size
Signature Version V2 will be deprecated by AWS which was the default for boto, configured it to use v4 signature for s3 authentication.
This fixes security vulnerabilities in current versions of these packages.
