What was changed

Remove outdated diagrams and provide new diagram showing the current nanopore datastructure model.

Note

The diagram shows that the model understands:

1. The presence and abscence of known file and folder types (0...n and 0..1 next to arrows showing the number range of files included in the provided datastructure)
2. Required files and folder expected in the minimal structure(1 next to arrows showing these files are expected)
3. Unknown Files and Folders (0..n Optional File and 0..n Optional Folder)
