Hi @Lucaskabela , believe this is only for #166211, and not needed by #166908. the later would need a newer cudnn backend version 9.15

Understood - @eqy since you seem knowledgeable on this, can I request that you also open a PR for 2.9.1 milestone bumping our cuDNN version to 9.15+ and cc me? Asking this since it seems a few issues rely on this
