Not sure, why isinf is a composite op, but those needs to be implemented by hand.

Implementation is a trivial call to

[mpsGraph equalWithPrimaryTensor:input
                 secondaryTensor:[mpsGraph constantWithScalar:std::numeric_limits<T>::infinity()
                                                     dataType:input.dataType]]
