[Inductor] [CPU] InstanceNorm2d outputs different value compared with eager on CPU #142839

🐛 Describe the bug

It's a CPU Inductor issue. When H and W are big enough (in my situation, they are set as 1024, 1024), the error is very obvious.

CUDA Inductor can pass the check.
