🐛 Describe the bug

I think we added dataclasses to skipfiles long time back. We should just remove this line and fix any new graph breaks we see.

We saw this yesterday in User Emapthy day for a function named - is_dataclass. There is another graph break reported by an OSS user with function named replace.
