This change includes CMake changes to compile the MPI assets when the USE_MPI flag is enabled. If so, the benchmark tool can now be launched through mpirun.

Summary: This change includes CMake changes to compile the MPI assets when the USE_MPI flag is enabled. If so, the benchmark tool can now be launched through mpirun.
