Looks like integration test failures are actual issues on MacOS / Python 3.6 environments. Will need to either skip or fix if reasonable. |

We do this since poetry releases currently do not work with python 3.10. This can be replaced once new bootstrap is available.

setup-pythonaction tov23.10 is expected to fail due to poetry bootstrap issue (see python-poetry/poetry#3828).We resolve this here by switching ti pip install until the new bootstrap is available.Relates-to: python-poetry/poetry#3187
