The option will return exit code 3 is the lock doesn't exist and exit code 5 if the lock is not up to date with the pyproject.toml

@spapanik appreciate the change, looks like there is an older PR #1954 for this change. Might give the author some time to rebase. If not updates there we can use this. @finswimmer jfyi since you are on the other one as a reviewer already. |
