• If an exception occurs when executing a command, I executed it again in debug mode (-vvv option).

• OS version and name: MAC OSX 10.15.6, Debian 9/10

Issue

The installer is installing 1.1.0rc1 even when POETRY_PREVIEW==0. This will force people to download a preview/RC version prematurely.
