One of the students in my class asked about whether there was a function to calculate overshoot and I realized that we haven't documented this. Just needs to be added to doc/control.rst. I'll take care of it when I fix several other small things that we are noticing, but wanted to document it to make sure I don't forget.

We might also try to create some function that goes through and makes sure that all public functions show up in readthedocs...
