Is the issue specific to Python 3.5? Is Python 3.4 impacted as well? |

@Haypo Looks like it. I see messages updating expat to 2.2.4 everywhere except PCbuild, so this probably needs another backport (likely manually - there is very little in common between 3.4 and 3.5 project files). |
