* Add 'lineno' parameter to DSLParser.format_docstring() method. * DSLParser.do_post_block_processing_cleanup() now pass 'lineno' to format_docstring() and so log the line number on error. This change prepares the code to move the fail() function to a Clinic.fail() method to avoid the 'clinic' global variable.
