Clarification requested: versioning strategy after `80.x` (`75.3.3` released later and marked `Latest`)

Could you clarify why `75.3.3` was released after `80.x` and is marked as `Latest`?

Is `75.x` now the actively maintained/recommended version, or is this a `backport` release and `80.x` remains current?
