pipenv is listed as a non-PyPA project. It should be moved under PyPA projects, now that pipenv is official.

There may be other places where its status as being "official" should be announced, and for what versions of Python, if relevant.

Side note, the docs for pipenv use a different Sphinx theme than the rest of the PyPA docs, which makes me think it's not officially part of PyPA. This could be a separate issue?
