Add PYODIDE_SYMBOLS and PYODIDE_SOURCEMAP environment variables to adjust debug symbol settings. Add PYODIDE_ASSERTIONS to set -DDEBUG_F.

If either is set, run prettier on
pyodide.asm.js.Add PYODIDE_ASSERTIONS to set -DDEBUG_F.
