What is your issue?
Looking at faq.html#how-do-i-open-format-x-file-as-an-xarray-dataset
The package netcdf (https://pypi.org/project/netcdf/) looks to be a project that no longer exists on PyPI? PyPI | wayback machine. The GitHub repo (https://github.com/gersolar/netcdf) also doesn't look to exist.
