Description

  • Don't run docs workflow on non-docs changes
  • Don't run Fuzz workflow on only-docs changes
  • Run diff-shades compare & comment even if files failed
  • Remove ignored path now that we target 3.10
  • Format gallery/gallery.py
  • Remove code that targets 3.6 and 3.8
  • Document the removal of 3.9 runtime support
  • Run workflows on 3.13
  • Don't bother running release tests on Windows ARM
