The GlobusApp is a native solution to what ProxyStore implemented via the GlobusAuthManager. When GlobusApp is a stable feature, we should switch over to it.

I have already made this branch and gotten everything working (https://github.com/proxystore/proxystore/tree/globus-app), but the API is still experimental.

So far everything is nicely backwards compatible.
