This PR is just updating our release-history, with reference to the feature added #1257, such that we follow conventional-commits and the next release from
masterwill be at least aminorbump.This is important because we intend to release a maintenance update from the
v6.8.xbranch. but, we intend to soon release av6.9.xrelease fromHEAD.Refs: #1257
