Sadly we don't have a dedicated maintainer so we cannot judge the PR on a technical level. On the other hand, this seems like a completely optional behavior and self contained. We're YOLO approving and merging it.

This PR adds support for the Azure Workload Identity authentication method for Azure Discovery. It allows Prometheus running in AKS clusters to discover targets by using Workload Identity authentication.
Which issue(s) does the PR fix:
Related to #16634, but don't directly fix it. While upgrading our Prometheus clusters, I've faced the same issue cause we are using Prometheus Operator
ScrapeConfigto discover targets and dynamically adjust the Prometheus configuration. Without this feature, we're forced to pin the version of Prometheus3.3.1.Does this PR introduce a user-facing change?
