This PR introduces a
.lfsconfigfile with the public DNS record the precice-tests vm.With this file in the repository, fetching LFS objects from GitHub servers will no longer be available. There is a manual workaround by setting the
lfs.urlin the git config.The precice tests VM executing the systemtests however can access the repository without problems.
This PR also is base for the uploading of reference results via a CI Pipeline as the github prepush hooks prevent the push of unkown LFS objects (git-lfs/git-lfs#3231).
