Replace deprecated nanocolors with picocolors.
Unfortunately nanocolors was deprecated so packages in the PostCSS family have switched to picocolors. This should help with deduplicating packages on install…
picocolors only publishes a CommonJS package so I've replaced the named import with a default import.
