Adds LinkedIn to the Quick Share Box.

Adapted from Christian Tang's gplus plugin.

Download the [latest release]
Extract the archive and copy folder share-linkedin to /user/plugins.
Go to the Plugins administration page ( eg http://sho.rt/admin/plugins.php ) and activate the plugin.
