Removes [cookie](https://github.com/jshttp/cookie). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [@wordpress/e2e-test-utils-playwright](https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg/tree/HEAD/packages/e2e-test-utils-playwright). These dependencies need to be updated together.
