This is an RFC for a new
catalog:version specifier protocol in pnpm. All comments and feedback welcome. 🙂Edit July 7th, 2023: A previous version of this RFC was titled "RFC: First-Class Support for Workspace Consistent Versions". We've renamed the proposal to "Catalogs" following a similar idea from the Gradle build tool.
