CLI for M365sample code for Retrieve Message Centre announcements and post to Teams channel. Closes #419As of now, CLI for M365 does not support sending message on the Teams channel. Added issue to CLI for M365 for Sending a chat message to a Microsoft Teams channel for the same. Once done, I will update the sample to use the CLI for M365 command.
Meanwhile, implemented the sample with webhook approach.
