Unregisters the specified site as hub site

• command: spo hubsite unregister -s|--siteUrl <siteUrl> --confirm
• siteUrl: URL of the hub site to unregister
• confirm: unregisters the hub site without prompting for confirmation
• requires connection to the SharePoint tenant admin site
