The 'spo page section add' command is not adding new sections.

Repro steps:

• create a modern page
• remove all sections
• run o365 spo page section add -u https://contoso.sharepoint.com/sites/team-a -n home.aspx --sectionTemplate TwoColumnLeft --order 1
• no section is added

CLI version: 1.16.0

Most likely this is caused by recent changes to modern pages DOM.
