Revoke permissions to the specified site design

• command: spo sitedesign rights revoke -i|--id <id> -p|--principals <principals> --confirm
• id: site design ID
• principals: array of principals for whom permissions to the site design should be revoked
• confirm: doesn't prompt for confirmation before revoking permissions
• requires connection to the SharePoint tenant admin site
