Suggestion for a new command:
Remove an existing user from a Microsoft Teams team

command: `teams user remove -u| --userName [userName] -i| --groupId --confirm``

• userName: the UPN of the user to add
• groupId: id of the group
• confirm don't prompt for confirmation before removing user from team
