(Urgent) I can't use the CLI

Description

When you try to login to CLI using only env var, login fails with Error: : appId is required. TIP: use the "m365 setup" command to configure the default appId

Steps to reproduce

1. Clear clientId and tenantId CLI settings
2. Configure the CLIMICROSOFT365_ENTRAAPPID and CLIMICROSOFT365_TENANT env vars
3. m365 login -t browser
