(Low) Something is a little off

Description

When printing help, there is an empty line between the command-specific options and the global options.
This only happens in the production build and not in the local dev build.

Steps to reproduce

Use the production build from NPM and run any command with --help

Expected results

Just like the local dev build, all options should be listed with only 1 new line between them.

Actual results

Double new line between command-specific options and global options.
