Render the login spinner in `stdout` when `errorOutput` is set to `stdout`

What I failed to see in issue https://github.com/pnp/cli-microsoft365/issues/5484 is that the errorOutput config key should be able to dictate that NO output is written to stderr. In such a scenario, the login spinner should be written to stdout as well.

This issue is for updating that.
