For the option --userName we expect the login name of the user e.g. i:0#.f|membership|[email protected].
Usually, we use userName to refer to the UPN of a user. An example here is the related command spo user ensure.

- Let's rename
userName to loginName. This way people can still use their specific login name if needed.
