When trying to upgrade a 1.17.0 SPFx project to 1.18.0, I'm getting the following error:

Create an SPFx project of version 1.17.0 and try to upgrade it to 1.18.0 (haven't tried a clean project yet).

Expected results

Markdown file with steps to upgrade the project.
