Removes navigation node

• command: spo navigation node list -u|--webUrl <webUrl> -l|--location <location> -i|--id <id> --confirm
• webUrl: Absolute URL of the site for which navigation should be updated
• location: Navigation type from which the node should be removed. Available options: QuickLaunch|TopNavigationBar
• id: ID of the node to remove
• confirm: Set, to prevent being prompted for confirmation before removing the node
