(Low) Something is a little off

Description

Noticed that the Last updated on date on our docs doesn't display the right time. Today we did a new beta release, all last updated on dates on all our pages point to today (June 12).

Steps to reproduce

Open any docs page on our website: https://pnp.github.io/cli-microsoft365

Expected results

The last updated on date should reflect the latest update on that specific page.

Actual results

Last updated on date is modified on all pages.
