The new command #3465 that's being implemented lacks a scope option. We forgot to add it in the spec phase. This issue is about adding that option: Option | Description --|-- `-s, --scope [scope] | Scope of the application customizer. Allowed values: `Site`, `Web`. Defaults to Site. The issue is on hold till the PR for #3465 is merged.
