Related to #3754

Update the documentation to include the md output for the commands under the service:

• spo documentation location

This in place for the following command groups:

• spo orgassetslibrary
• spo orgnewssite
• spo page
• spo propertybag
• spo report
• spo roledefinition
• spo serviceprincipal

You can reference the commands planner plan and planner bucket. They are already contain the Markdown reponse in their documentation.
