I forgot something in #4156.

We should rename the verb to ensure to align with a) the commands purpose: adding or updating the label and b) the other commands that will be coming out, like listitem retentionlabel ensure.

We need to fix this before the next release, so that it is not a breaking change, being published in the same minor release as #4156.
