The aim of this PR is to prepare script samples in CLI repo so that they will get exposed to the sample solution gallery.

Whats important is that our work is in sync with @pkbullock changes in script sample repo done in this issue pnp/script-samples#398.

• refactor todo samples
• refactor tenant samples
• refactor teams amples
• refactor spo samples
• refactor pp samples
• refactor planner samples
• refactor graph samples
• refactor flow samples
• refactor aad samples
• change some samples names in sample.json so that they won't be duplicated with script samples done in PnP PowerShell and coming to the solution gallery from script sample repo
