This issue will remove team specific implementation from teams app list command to ensure single responsibility and make it specific to returning a list of apps from the app catalog.

• Remove --teamId and --teamName options
• Remove --all option
• Add a new optional option called distributionMethod, which can be either store, organization or sideloaded to filter the apps listed

The team specific logic will be moved into a new command called teams team app list under issue #4129
