Related to #3754

Add the response output for a few of the commands under the service:

• spo documentation location

This in place for the following command groups:

• spo externaluser
• spo feature
• spo field
• spo file
• spo folder
• spo group
• spo hidedefaultthemes

Be sure to include all the output types: JSON, Text, CSV, and Markdown.

You can reference the commands planner plan and planner bucket. They are already contain the Response heading in their documentation.
