Extra options
I think it would be useful to add some options to the m365 outlook mail send command.

Comma-separated list of CC recipients for the message. |
--bcc [bcc] |
Comma-separated list of BCC recipients for the message. |
--importance [importance] |
The importance of the message: low, normal, high. Default is normal. |
