Rename `aad app delete` to `aad app remove` and `aad app role delete` to `aad app role remove`

All our commands use `remove` but these don't, for consistency, we should update these commands to use the correct verb.

To ensure that these changes do not introduce a breaking change, we should include the old command name as an alias on the command and these changes should be reflected in the documentation.
