Remove the the specified property from the property bag

• command: spo propertybag remove -w|--webUrl <webUrl> -p|--property <property> -f|--folder [folder] --confirm
• webUrl: The URL of the site from which the property bag value should be removed
• property: name of the property to remove
• folder: server- or site-relative URL of the folder from which to remove the property bag value
• confirm: don't prompt for confirmation before removing the property bag value
• requires connection to a SharePoint site
