Get files from the specified folder

• command: spo file list -w|--webUrl <webUrl> -f|--folder <folder>
• webUrl: The URL of the site where the folder from which to retrieve files is located
• folder: server- or site-relative URL of the folder from which to retrieve files
• for output text shows the value of the following properties UniqueID, Name, ServerRelativeUrl. For output json, includes all properties
• requires connection to a SharePoint site
